Interested parents are encouraged to call (601-345-1431) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make an appointment for a tour of the school, given on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. To begin the application process, complete the downloadable MAOJ application form and return along with the non-refundable application fee of $45.00 to The Montessori Academy of Jackson, P.O. Box 14183, Jackson, MS 39236.
Upon receipt of your application, we will contact you to schedule a parent interview. Following the interview, an appointment will be made to determine your child’s developmental readiness through informal assessments.
Upon acceptance, you will have two weeks in which to return your enrollment agreement and non-refundable annual registration fee to secure your child’s enrollment.
Our admissions process is a partnership between family and school. We consider many factors to determine whether or not the student, family, and school are a good fit. Our admissions process is not competitive, but rather a reflective and supportive process of collaboration in order to build classroom communities that best meet the needs of all children.
The Montessori Academy of Jackson admits students and parents of any race, gender, religious affiliation, and national or ethnic origin. We do not discriminate in the administration of our school policies or programs.

*Students may arrive at 7:45 at no additional fee **For late pick ups, a fee of $20.00 will be charged for the first 15 minutes and $1.50 per minute thereafter )

We offer full and half day week long summer camp sessions.

There are no camp or summer program registration fees. A $50.00 nonrefundable deposit per session is required at registration. Registration fees will be applied towards your monthly invoice and monthly bank payment.
